these kits got the Buna-N seals and everything needed to rebuild the STC connectors, or is it just partial components?

Buna-N elastomer seals are the core of what these kits provide, along with metal components that carry Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance. The kit is put together specifically for STC fluid connector assemblies, so the parts are matched to work as a system rather than mixing and matching from separate sources. Each kit is sold individually, so you'd order one per connector assembly you're rebuilding.

For STC fluid connector assemblies, the kit is meant to restore the connector back to a service-ready condition by replacing the sealing components with Buna-N material.
