trying to swap a hose over, is this the straight adapter that goes from 1-1/4-11-1/2 female npt to a 1-5/16-12 male jic flare?

Matches that thread jump exactly. One end is 1-1/4-11-1/2 female NPTF internal pipe thread and the other end is 1-5/16-12 male JIC with a 37 degree flare, and it is a straight adapter in the Eaton Aeroquip 2022 series.
