reckon this quick disconnect would hold up okay in a hydraulic setup on farm equipment?

For hydraulic fluid transfer, and especially in higher impulse situations like you find in agriculture, this Danfoss/Eaton coupling should work just fine. It's also designed to exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures, so it ought to be durable enough.
