Got a tight routing situation on a large-bore hydraulic line and a straight fitting just ain't gonna cut it. This the one with the 45-degree elbow, or am I lookin at the wrong part?

Yeah, the FC8155-4040S does have a 45-degree elbow configuration, so it's built exactly for those situations where you can't run a straight line and need to work around tight clearances or nearby components. One end is a SAE Code 61 flange connection and the other mates to your line, hose, or tube. It's a permanent crimp fitting, so once it's on, it's on, but that's what gives you the reliable seal you need in high-pressure systems.

Wondering if this Aeroquip fitting will hold up with some of the heavier hydraulic oils we use?

Dura-Kote plating gives this fitting good corrosion resistance, which should help it hold up well even when exposed to the harsher chemicals common in hydraulic systems.
