does this hose work with R134a and R22 both, or just one of 'em?

hose is rated for R134a right? got an older transport refrigeration unit and need something that'll hold up to the refrigerant without breaking down on me

got an older a/c setup that still sees r12 and sometimes r134a, is this hose actually meant for both or am i asking for trouble
