got a -12 hose, is this the right flange fitting for it or am i mixin stuff up

For hose size, it matches a -12 hose dash size. On the connection side, it is a SAE Code 61, 4-hole flange style with an End Size 1 of 0.375 and End Type 1 listed as SAE.

What's this fitting made out of, and is it gonna hold up in a wet or corrosive setup?
