F(C)G-02/03 Series Pressure & Temperature Compensated Flow Control Valves, Up To 28 GPM Regulated

Application	Precise control of flow rate is obtained by rotating the dial. Maximum throttle openings may be limited by addition of spacers to the throttle shaft under the selector dial.
Available Options	Size -02 Models: Vickers Model FGM-02-20 (3/8 NPT) or FGM-02X-20 (1/2 NPT) sold separately. Size -03 Models: Vickers Part No. 681670 (Model FGM-03SZ-10) sold separately.
Features	Both pressure and temperature compensated to minimize flow variation resulting from changes in fluid pressure and temperature. 4-1/2 turns of dial from full closed to full open. Subplate mounted. Key lock is standard (2 keys are furnished with valve).
Maximum Flow Rate	Size -02 Models: 10 GPM. Size -03 Models: 28 GPM.
Maximum Knob Torque Required	Size -03 Models: 20 lb. in. @ 3000 PSI (Proportional to outlet pressure).
Maximum Operating Pressure	Size -02 Models: 3600 PSI. Size -03 Models: 3000 PSI.
Mounting Bolts	Size -02 Models: Standard mounting bolts are (4) 5/16-18 x 2 Grade 8 socket head capscrews (Vickers Bolt Kit BKFG-02-640), torqued to 305 lb. in. Size -03 Models: Standard mounting bolts are (4) 3/8-16 x 3 Grade 8 socket head capscrews (Vickers Bolt Kit 255645, BKFG-03-645), torqued to 350 lb. in. See Bolt Kits on
Recommended Filtration	ISO 4406 Cleanliness Level 19/17/14 or cleaner.
