Part number on this is EZT60-382 -- that the same as the RT1 supplier number, or are them two separate things?

Both numbers refer to the same part. EZT60-382 is the primary SKU used for ordering, and RT1 is the supplier's internal part number assigned by Lewis Products. Either one gets you to the same item, so no confusion there when you're cross-referencing against a parts list or purchase order.
