Machine comes without a pump or tooling, is that intentional, or am I missing something in the order?

That's how this unit is built. The ET1187-001 is sold as a bench mount crimp machine only, with no pump and no tooling included. It's set up that way so folks can pair it with whatever pump and tooling setup they already have on hand, or source those separately based on their specific crimping needs. Fewer bundled components also means less to maintain and fewer things that can cause downtime.

This crimper doesn't come with a pump? Gotta buy that separate, right?

That's correct. This bench mount crimp machine package (ET1187-001) does not include a pump or tooling. You'll need to source those separately to complete the setup.
