hose is rated for Skydrol right? got some ground support equipment that runs LD4 and want to make sure this'll hold up before i order a bunch of it

Skydrol LD4 is one of the straight phosphate ester fluids this hose is built for. The FC636 series uses an EPDM tube specifically because it handles phosphate ester based fluids like Skydrol LD4, Skydrol 500B, and Hyjet IVA Plus. At 1 inch ID and rated to 4000 PSI, it has the capacity for demanding ground support service. Just make sure your fittings are compatible with the EPDM construction on your end.

Skydrol LD4 is one of the fluids this hose is specifically built for. It also handles Skydrol 500B and Hyjet IVA Plus, so if you're running any of those straight phosphate ester fluids through ground support equipment, you're in the right place. Just keep in mind it's rated for straight phosphate ester fluids, not blends or other fluid types outside that category.

got a -16 setup already. is this hose actually 1 inch inside diameter, and what’s the working pressure on it?

Size-wise, the dash -16 on this one corresponds to a 1.00 inch ID. Working pressure is rated up to 4000 PSI for this hose.
