Got a tight corner in a hydraulic line setup and need something that'll let me run a hose without kinking it up. Would a 45-degree fitting do the trick for that kind of situation?

For tight routing situations, a 45-degree elbow fitting is usually a solid choice. It gives you enough of an angle change to redirect a hose without forcing a sharp bend, which cuts down on stress at the connection point and keeps flow running clean. In cramped routing, the 45 degree elbow layout is meant to make the turn for you so the hose and tube can run cleaner, with less fighting for space during assembly.
