Does this control box need any calibration or adjustments out of the box, or is it ready to wire up and run?

Right out of the box it's ready to go. No calibration, no adjustments needed. Just mount it up and get it wired in. Brand Hydraulics built this one to run without any of that fussing around, which makes installation a whole lot more straightforward on a busy job.
