needing something to cut GH134 hose clean, is this cutter meant for that?

This cutter is really meant for the non-wire reinforced hoses, like the GH134 multi-refrigerant type.

what kind of hoses is this cutter actually meant for? got some GH134 multi-refrigerant line I need to cut clean and wanna make sure this ain't gonna mangle it

For non-wire reinforced hose, this is the right tool. The GH134 multi-refrigerant hose you mentioned is exactly the type it's built to cut. Wire-reinforced hose is outside what it handles, so as long as you're working with non-wire-reinforced lines, you should get clean, accurate cuts with it.
