trying to match up a 90 degree female o-ring elbow for -08 hose, is this the one with the 3/4-16 thread and short pilot?

do i need a big power crimper for these or how do they go together

You won't need a power supply or a heavy crimping machine. Putting these together just takes the FT1357 Clip Closing Pliers to secure the two clips over the cage arms. The setup is meant to be as easy as using standard hand tools and works very well in tight spots.
