got an air setup that runs around 120 psi, is this valve ok with that or am i pushin it

Within its stated limits, it will handle that. The operating pressure range is 20 to 150 PSI, so 120 PSI falls inside what it is built to run.

Reckon this valve can handle gettin' a bit warm? I'm usin' it in a spot that can reach maybe 150 degrees F.

This valve is rated for operating temperatures between -10°F and 180°F, so 150 degrees shouldn't be a problem.
