what thread size is on both ends of this test hose? need to make sure it'll mate up with what we already got on the bench.

Both ends carry M16 x 2.0 threads, so as long as your test fittings match that spec you'll get a solid, leak-free connection. That's a metric thread, not SAE, so worth double-checking your existing ports before you order.
