trying to match up a test point, is this one the 1/4 BSPP male with the metal joint seal?

The B1 side is a 1/4 inch male BSPP thread called out as G1/4-19, and it uses a metal joint seal listed as a Type B seal.

The metric cap size on this Brennan test coupling is M16X2.
