Reckon this hose would hold up okay in a hydraulic system running near its max pressure most of the time?

This hose is rated to handle a maximum operating pressure of 3650 PSI, and it's built with a double wire braid for reinforcement, so it should be able to withstand continuous use near that pressure, provided you're within the temperature range of -40°F to +212°F.

hose says it goes up to 3650 PSI, is that the working pressure or the burst rating?

3650 PSI is the maximum operating pressure, meaning that's what it's rated to handle in normal service conditions. Burst pressure is a separate figure and runs considerably higher, but the 3650 PSI figure is what you're working within for safe, continuous hydraulic use.

For routing, the published minimum bend radius is 3.94 inches. Keeping your bends at or above that radius helps it flex without overstressing the double wire braid.
