got a cylinder with a 6 inch bore. is this PSC seal the right size for that, or am i gonna be fighting it?

For a 6.00 inch bore, the sizing lines up with a 5.999 inch piston diameter and a 5.521 inch groove diameter. Bore tolerance is +0.004/-0 and the piston diameter tolerance is +0/-0.004, so it is meant to fit a piston right at 5.999 in a 6.00 in bore with that groove.

Got a cylinder with a 6-inch bore that needs a new piston seal. This one rated to handle that, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

For a 6.00-inch bore, this is the right fit. The piston diameter it's built around is 5.999 inches, with a bore tolerance of +0.004 / -0 inches, so it seats properly without slop. Keep in mind the groove dimensions matter too. The groove diameter needs to be 5.521 inches and groove width tolerance runs +0.006 / -0. Get those right and you're in good shape.

What's the temperature range on this seal? Need something that can handle both hot summers and cold winters here in Oklahoma.

This seal can handle temperatures ranging from -65°F to 220°F.
