What kind of temperatures can this seal handle?

It's rated to handle temperatures from -65°F all the way up to 220°F.

got a 5 inch bore cylinder, is this PSC-350 the right size seal or am i gonna be fighting it

For a 5.00 inch bore, this seal is sized to match that bore and it’s intended to run on a piston diameter of 4.999 inches with a piston diameter tolerance of +0/-0.004 inches. The groove diameter spec is 4.636 inches, so if your piston and groove match those numbers, it should be a proper fit instead of a forced one.
