Got a 3-inch bore cylinder on a piece of equipment and need to know if this seal will hold up to full system pressure. What's the rated pressure on it?

Rated for 0 to 5,000 PSI, so it covers the full working range of most standard hydraulic systems without issue. The seal body is 95A polyurethane, which handles pressure-induced deformation a lot better than softer compounds, and the 70A nitrile energizer keeps consistent radial force on the sealing surface throughout that range. For a 3.00-inch bore cylinder, the piston diameter it's built around is 2.997 inches, so fit is tight and controlled right out of the box.

What size groove does this seal fit into? Just want to make sure it's right before I order.

got a 3 inch bore cylinder, is this PSC-334 the right piston seal size for it?

For a 3.00 inch bore double acting hydraulic cylinder, PSC-334 matches that bore size and is meant to run in a 2.624 inch groove diameter. The piston diameter “F” dimension is 2.997 inches with a +0/-0.004 tolerance, and the bore tolerance shown is +0.002/-0, so it’s set up for a precise fit in standard 3 inch cylinder bores.
