For a 2.50 inch bore cylinder, this seal is built around a 2.498 inch piston diameter with a tolerance of +0.000/-0.002 inches, and the bore tolerance runs +0.002/-0 inches. Those tight tolerances are what keep the seal performing consistently, so as long as your cylinder dimensions fall within those specs, fitment should be solid. One thing worth knowing: the piston diameter listed assumes a piston without wear rings, so if your setup uses wear rings, account for that when checking your dimensions. Groove diameter is 2.125 inches with a seal height of 0.255 inches, so double-check your groove before ordering.
