What's the deal with the temperature range on this seal? Just makin' sure it can handle the heat.

The operating temperature range is -65°F to 220°F. So, it should hold up in most hydraulic applications, even with some heat.

Got a 2-inch bore cylinder that's been leaking and I need to swap out the piston seal. This one rated to handle the pressure my system runs at?

For most industrial hydraulic setups, the PSC-326-WB handles up to 5,000 PSI, so unless you're running something pretty extreme, you should be well within range. The bore is 2.00 inches, groove diameter is 1.625 inches, and the piston diameter it's built for is 1.998 inches. Just make sure your groove tolerances line up with plus 0.005 / minus 0 on the width and plus 0.002 / minus 0 on the bore before you button everything back up.
