trying to replace a tee on a DIN tube setup, are all three ends on this one M52 x 2.0 and L42?

All three ports are DIN tube connections sized L42 with an M52 x 2.0 thread callout. Two ends are male and the third end is female.

that's correct. The two run ends are both male M52 x 2.0 DIN tube connections sized at L42, and the branch port is a female M52 x 2.0 DIN tube, also L42. All three sides share the same thread callout and sizing, so the fitting is consistent across the board.
