Yes, both sides of this Adaptall DIN union elbow feature M8 x 1.0 male DIN tube connections, so it's symmetric.

Both ends on this thing are M8 x 1.0 male DIN tube, so it ain't got no female side at all, right? Just wanna make sure before I order.

Correct on both counts. Each end carries an M8 x 1.0 male DIN tube connection, and the LL04 size designation applies to both sides equally. There's no female end on this fitting. It's a union-style elbow, so both tube lines it connects need to accept a male DIN interface on their respective fittings or components.
