been running ARO diaphragm pumps for years and just need to know if this kit's got the buna-n diaphragms in it or if thats sold separate

Buna-N diaphragms are included as part of this kit. That's actually the defining feature of this particular service kit versus other material options. Buna-N holds up well against oils and a range of chemicals, so for most general fluid transfer work on ARO fluid section pumps, this is the go-to choice when it's time to rebuild.
