Product Questions & Answers

trying to swap out a D05 valve on a manifold, will this one bolt up the same?
Question by: Johnny W on Mar 24, 2026, 2:35 PM
It uses the ISO4401-AC-05-4-A interface, also called NFPA D05, CETOP 5, NG10. It is made for subplate or manifold mounting on those industry-standard surfaces.

Reckon this valve will fit on my existing D05 manifold without any fuss?
Question by: Patty P on Aug 19, 2025, 6:17 PM
Installation should be straightforward, as it's designed to meet the ISO4401-AC-05-4-A/NFPA D05/CETOP 5/NG10 interface standards.

running this on a press that sees some pretty heavy cycles -- does the 3600 PSI rating hold up at ports P, A, and B, or is there a catch somewhere?
Question by: Chad J on Aug 18, 2025, 7:21 PM
Ports P, A, and B are rated to 3600 PSI when running petroleum oil, but there is one condition worth knowing. Anything above 3000 PSI requires a steel subplate or manifold rather than a standard one. The tank port, port T, is rated separately at 1000 PSI regardless of fluid type. If you are running high water base fluids instead of petroleum oil, the pressure limit drops to 1000 PSI across the board on those work ports too.
