trying to match up a hand valve we’ve got, is this one the D03 subplate type and not a line mount?

When the handle’s centered, what’s it do with the ports on this 4 way 3 position valve?

With the handle in the middle, it's spring-centered with the P port blocked, while A and B are open to the tank. This is the center position configuration specific to this valve.

Is this DG17V-3 valve set up for a manifold mount with NFPA D03 size? I need to swap out an old spring-centered one.
