got a DC90SF on my old unit. is this the same thing as DC-90SF or am i gonna get the wrong part

Part number wise, DC90SF and DC-90SF are the same unit. The product is identified as Supplier Part No. DC90SF and also lists DC-90SF as an alternate part number.

Does this power unit come with a battery, or is that something I gotta source separate?

No battery is included with the DC90SF. You'll need to supply your own power source for the installation. Worth factoring that into your setup before the unit arrives.
