What size tubing does this fitting work with? I've got some 28mm lines here.

This straight fitting is designed for use with 28mm outer diameter tubing, using a DIN metric tube compression connection. It's made to the DIN 2353 and ISO 8434-1 standards, so it should fit those lines if they meet those standards too.
