got a hose that takes a CS crimp sleeve, is this one the 7.375 inch inside diameter?

Correct on the inner diameter. The 7.375 inch measurement is the ID of the sleeve, so that's the dimension that needs to match up with the outside of whatever hose assembly you're crimping. Dixon's CS600-8CS is built for that specific size, so just confirm your hose OD lines up with that 7.375 inch figure before ordering.
