Will this fit on my existing Hansen FF Series setup, or are there different sizes I need to watch out for?

It's made to work directly with Hansen FF Series quick disconnect couplings, specifically the socket side. If you've got a 3/8-inch female-to-female end configuration, it should be a direct fit.
