what size pipe nominal is this clamp built for, and does that 1.661 cushion ID give you enough clearance for standard tubing with a little wrap or insulation on it?

For a 1-1/4 nominal bore application, the 1.661 inch cushion ID is sized to fit right around standard 1-1/4 NB tubing or pipe. That ID doesn't leave a whole lot of extra room, so if you're running any kind of sleeve or insulation wrap underneath the clamp, measure your outside diameter first and make sure it falls within that 1.661 inch opening before you order.

trying to match up a clamp i’ve got, what’s the cush ID and the bolt centerline on this one?

For sizing, the cush ID is 1.661 inches and the bolt centerline dimension is 3.54 inches.
