torque spec on the bolts for this flange kit -- what are we looking at?

Grade 8 hex bolts are included in the kit, and the specified torque range runs from 1400 to 1600 lb-in. That's a fairly tight window, so staying within it matters for maintaining a proper seal at operating pressure. Four bolts and four lock washers come in the box along with the two flange halves and the O-ring, so you've got everything needed to torque it down correctly without sourcing hardware separately.
