got a -16 code 62 setup, is this kit the one with the o-ring and all the bolts or do i need to buy that stuff separate

In the box you get the full split flange kit: (2) flange halves, (4) Grade 8 hex bolts, (4) lock washers, and (1) 90 durometer Buna-N O-ring.

what all comes in this kit, and will it handle 6000 PSI without any issues?

You get two flange halves, four grade 8 hex bolts, four lock washers, and a 90 durometer Buna-N O-ring, so everything you need to make the connection is right there in the box. The kit is rated up to 6000 PSI, so high-pressure hydraulic lines are well within its range.
