What size bolts does this use? Just wanna make sure I have 'em on hand before I start.

The kit comes with four grade 8 hex bolts, so you shouldn't need to source any separately for installation.

Running a system on petroleum-based hydraulic fluid around 2500 PSI. This a Code 61 flange setup, just want to make sure the o-ring that comes with it ain't gonna give me trouble down the road.

Buna-N handles petroleum and water-based hydraulic fluids without issue, and 2500 PSI sits well within the 3000 PSI rated capacity of this kit. The included 90 durometer o-ring gives you a firm, reliable seal under those conditions. Only time you'd need to look at a different o-ring material is if your fluid type or operating temperature pushes outside what Buna-N can handle, which for standard petroleum fluid at normal system temps, you're not going to hit that wall.

got a -32 code 61 flange connection, is this the kit with the right size flange head?

This kit is a SAE Code 61 split flange kit in dash size -32 with a 2.81 inch flange head diameter, and it comes with the two flange halves, four grade 8 bolts, four lock washers, and a 90 durometer Buna-N O-ring.
