what all comes in the kit here and how tight do i need to get the bolts

Everything required for a complete connection is right in the box. You will receive the two flange halves, four grade 8 hex bolts, four lock washers, and one 90-durometer Buna-N O-ring. Make sure to torque your hardware between 225 and 350 lb-in during installation.
