got a 4 inch CF style setup already, is this clamp basically a straight swap and does it come with the gasket?

Gasket comes with it. AGL Manufacturing built this as an all-in-one unit, so when you order the CG40HD-CF you're getting the clamp and the gasket together. No need to track down a separate seal to get a proper connection.
