What's the deal with the temperature rating on the liners? I'm gonna be usin' this thing in some hot conditions.

These cable liners are rated to handle temperatures from -65°F all the way up to 225°F, so they should hold up well for you.

got a cable setup that sees a lot of push load. what’s different about this Felsted field clamp cable compared to the older armor core style

Instead of an armor core, it uses a hi performance 1x7 coated wire rope core with a proprietary coating. That build is meant to give better flexibility and handle higher push loads than armor core construction.
