What size tube does this adapter hook up to, and what threads am I working with on both ends?

The fitting connects to a 1/4-inch O.D. tube on one end. The other side runs a 1/4-18 NPTF thread, which is your standard tapered pipe thread. The tube end uses a 7/16-20 thread. Both connections are spec'd out for a solid, leak-resistant fit in demanding setups.

trying to swap an old fitting out, what threads does this straight adapter actually have on each end

On the B1 side it uses a 7/16-20 thread, and on the B2 side it is 1/4-18 NPTF.
