How much tonnage can this cylinder handle?

This cylinder is rated for 5 tons, conforming to ASME B30.1 standards at 10,000 PSI.

got base mounting holes on this 5 ton cylinder, or do i need to rig something up?

For the 5 ton model, base mounting holes come standard. That makes it easier to bolt it down for lifting or pressing setups without having to add a separate base mount.
