Need a -10 split flange o-ring, is this one the right size or am I fixin to order the wrong thing?

what kind of heat can these handle before they give out. im running some equipment pretty hard and want to make sure they hold up

got a bump tube ORS fitting that takes a -10, is this the right o-ring size or am i gonna be fighting leaks
