got a hose with a 3/4 barb on it already. is this the one with the G 3/4-14 female swivel end?

The threaded side is BSPP female swivel with a G 3/4 - 14 callout, and the other end is a 3/4 inch hose barb. It is a straight brass fitting.

Got a hose barb setup running 3/4 inch line and need something that'll let me swap hoses out without fighting the fitting every time. This the right piece for that?

Brass construction and a swivel function on the female BSPP side make this fitting well suited for exactly that kind of work. The swivel lets you connect and disconnect without twisting the hose itself, which cuts down on wear at the connection point over time. The barb side is 3/4 inch, so as long as your hose matches that and your port is G 3/4 - 14 BSPP thread, you're in good shape.
