does this thing have a male thread on it, and will 3/4 NPT fit a standard reservoir port?

Yes, the thread is 3/4 NPT male, so it screws directly into a female NPT port of the same size on a reservoir or tank. NPT is about as common as it gets on hydraulic equipment, so most standard reservoir filler-breather ports should accept it without any adapters.

Threads are 3/4 NPT male, so it’s made to screw into a 3/4 NPT female port.

It uses a 3/4 inch NPT male thread, so it should screw right into any standard female port of that size. Just make sure you've got enough clearance.
