does this sleeve work with FC807-3 hose or just the 2807-3?

Both hoses are covered. This sleeve is built specifically for use with 2807-3 and FC807-3 hoses, so either one will work with it. It carries end sizes of 0.144 and 0.204 and is sized as a -03 hose connection, so as long as your hose matches one of those two designations you are good to go.
