got a 3/8 hose and need it to screw onto a 1/4 NPT port, is this the right fitting?

what size hose does this barb fit onto, the 3/8 inch or somethin different?

For a 0.375 inch inside diameter hose, this is the right fit. The barb end is sized for 3/8 inch ID hose, so as long as your hose matches that, you should be good to go with a standard clamp setup.
