trying to replace a hose end, is this the one that fits 1-1/4 inch hose and screws into 1 inch male pipe threads?

The hose side is 1.25 inch hose ID, and the threaded end is 1 inch male NPT with a 1-11-1/2 thread. It is a straight, short shank brass industrial hose fitting.

fitting says 1-1/4 hose to 1 inch male pipe, just want to make sure I'm reading that right before I order

You're reading it correctly. The hose end accepts a 1.25 inch inside diameter hose, and the threaded end is a 1 inch Male NPT, which runs an 11-1/2 thread pitch. So if your hose ID is 1-1/4 inch and you're threading into a 1 inch female pipe port, this is the right fit.
