what all is this fitting made out of, and would it hold up moving fluids around in a low pressure setup?

Machined from CDA 360 free cutting brass rod, this fitting is built for exactly that kind of work. Low pressure fluid transfer, both suction and discharge, is the primary application it was made for. CDA 360 is a common alloy choice for brass fittings because it machines cleanly and handles general industrial fluid service well.

What kind of pressure can this handle? I'm using it for a low-pressure setup, but need to know the limits.

Its suitability really depends on the specific hose, clamps, and installation. Keep in mind temperature and the fluid you're transferring will also impact pressure.
