Machined from free cutting brass rod, CDA 360 alloy specifically, so the material itself is solid for fluid transfer work. That said, the working pressure this fitting can handle isn't a fixed number you can look up on a chart. It shifts depending on the hose construction, how many clamps you're using, where those clamps are placed, and what you're actually pushing through the line. Temperature plays into it too. Match it to the right hose and clamp setup and it'll do the job for low pressure fluid transfer, suction, and discharge applications.
