got a 3/8 inch ID hose here, is this the right barb size for it

For hose fit, it’s made for a 0.375 inch (3/8) hose ID on the barb end, and the other end is a 3/4-16 SAE 45 degree flare male thread.

It's made to fit a hose with a 0.38 inch inner diameter, so a standard 3/8" ID hose should work just fine.
